Differentiate between holding a key and pedal

Does Pianoteq provide the option to distinguish between holding down the pedal and holding down keys?

My old Yamaha Clavinova handled Strings always like this:
- key still down = infinite sound
- key up but pedal still down = slow fade out
- key up and pedal up = quick fade out

For instance if I make a strings-like background sound in Syngular. I would like the chords to slowly fade out after pressing them (and holding the pedals), but I would like the melody to keep sounding as long as I keep the key down.

Otherwise, perhaps a nice (optional) feature for a future update? (Do the developers read this forum?)
