Hi

I just loaded up Pianoteq 9 in Ableton 12, entered a few midi notes. Added a CC-64 envelope with varying values between 0-127 and the sustain varied and sounded as expected. Also recorded a midi from my keyboard, playing the sustain and that came through correctly as well. I haven't done anything special in the VST, it is using the default CC-64 mapping (as per its defaults) on the sustain pedal.

i should have specified, I'm using a sustain pedal from a digital piano which is not working. the midi information is being received, its just not sustain my pianoteq 9 piano for some reason.  also in standalone i now noticed.

So, with modartt teams help i fix my particular issue.

it seems like my sustain pedal was in a opposite mode, sustain trigger off but not on.

the solution was to right click on velocity window

reset all velocity curves to default value

that worked for me.
