Topic: Portrait Orientation for iOS

I know this point was made early last year, but I would like to raise it again.

An iPad Pro in portrait orientation is just wonderful for a piano music stand. It is easy to scan scores into ForScore, which allows you to use page turners and annotate with Apple Pencil. My Kawai 701 connects to Pianoteq via bluetooth MIDI and everything just....works.

Everything, except the fixed landscape orientation of Pianoteq (grumpy old man emoji).

I'm no programmer, but so many other quite rudimentary apps allow switching of orientation. Why can't it be a feature available on the otherwise excellent Pianoteq?

I know there is a fairly poor workaround using Stage Manager, but that only works for newer models. Mine is so old that the battery is dead and it is always plugged in - hence its permanent home on my piano!

I'm sure I'm not the only person who is using an iPad for music...please Modartt???

Yes, portrait mode looks great on my iPad Pro, it opens up the UI and shows a lot more information at once.
I posted a screenshot in another thread.
I cannot get portrait mode on my iPhone, apparently it doesn't have enough screen real estate (would look too tiny)?
That's OK with me, I think that's the right decision. If it were too small you wouldn't be able to use the controls comfortably (not to mention reading would be difficult).
I'm very happy with Modartt!
