Topic: Fp-10 with Pianoteq on iPad and wired connection
Hope someone can shed some light. I'm quite new to Pianoteq and how to get it all to work.
My current setup is Roland FP-10 that I connect to an iPad via bluetooth with Pianoteq on it. I then can connect my wired monitoring headphones to the ipad.
That works, I can hear the output from my keyboard through Pianoteq.
A couple of questions though.
1. Is there a wired solution for connecting my FP-10 to an iPad? I have a usb to lightning adapter cable, but Pianoteq doesn't seem to recognise the piano. Would adapters like irig solve this?
2. When I also use Synthesia on my iPad then the audio doesn't go through Pianoteq, is there a possible fix? In the output list of devices in the Synthesia app I don't see an option to select Pianoteq so maybe it's just they don't integrate or work together.
Edit: And I have just realised I have been connecting my ipad to usb port on the DP rather than MIDI (facepalm)
