Yes, it is available - I believe there's an e-mail user function here that can help us takes is offline. By the way, reading through similar topics I've just realised that Pianoteq may charge 29 EUR transfer free for the license and the instrument packs as well. I've sent them a support ticket to see if they can consider this a single license transfer. If that's the case, I'm happy to cover it - if it's not, than I guess I will just keep Pianoteq.
