I'm not seeing those in the "standard" list and I lack the expertise to finesse them on my own. Are these available? If so, where?
At the bottom of the "standard" list (in the Tuning->Equal Temperament menu) there is and Advanced Tuning setting you can click. That brings a sophisticated interface which you don't have to understand (but I suggest you try to). Instead you can click the Temperament dropdown menu on the left and that has more choices than the standard menu, including Kirnberger III which is exactly what you are asking, Vallotti & Young (which might be different from "plain" Vallotti) and 5 different Meantone temperaments. I am not familiar with the "French" one, but it may be one of these.
Even if the V&Y and the Meantone are not the one you are searching, that menu gives you the option to open a "scala" file which is a standard way to save temperaments in a compatible across devices / OS / software. So (even if you don't want to spend the time to understand how to do that yourself, which again I nudge you to) you can Google for things like "scala file for French Meantone" and you may find what you need. The nice thing is that it does not have to be written especially for Pianoteq, so you have many more chances to find what you need!
Like everything found on the internet, there is no guarantee that it will be accurate, but at least you can be sure that such files cannot contain viruses, malware or the like, so you are safe to open them in Pianoteq
Hope this helps!
