Hoping it helps, here's the velocity curve I came up with after long trial and errors, for my Yamaha p115.
I'd be glad to know what you think about it

Velocity = [0, 10, 28, 48, 74, 100, 127; 0, 5, 30, 70, 106, 127, 127]
