I have Ptq 8.4 with a number of extension packs. On MacOS Sonoma with an M2 CPU. I recently purchased the Bosendorfer. It shows in the user area among the included extensions. When I run Ptq, the Bosendorfer doesn't show except in the DEMO packs. I uninstalled Ptq and redownloaded and installed again. No change.
Anyone else have this problem? Is there some process to included licensed packs that I'm missing?

Never mind, I clicked the Troubleshoot button and it said I have to update the license. Took two tries but it works now.
