Topic: Unable to activate the Shigeru Kawai.: SOLVED

I am having difficulties activating the new Shigeru Kawai.

After updating Pianoteq to version 8.4.0, I updated my license to activate the new piano, however, the new piano hasn't been activated at all and doesn't show under my registered products on the user-area on the website. I even copied the license number provided and reentered that into Pianoteq update license to no avail.

Is it possible I am missing a step in the process?

Is it remotely possible that the activation server is clogged with requests and my multiple attempts now are stuck in the queue?

EDIT: It worked today without a problem. Don't know what was up, must've been the LGM invading the internets.
