In 1971 I tried a completely worn out organ (Organteq 2)
1971 a friend of mine, an organist, wanted to show me an organ that was very out of tune, it was a rare one. It was the romantic Zachariassen organ built in 1881 for Närpes Church, approximately 80 kilometers south of Vasa, Finland and moved to Rangsby village church in 1950. It is classified as a treasure. It is one of the few from this time period that has been preserved in completely original condition in the country. With its two manuals, this is the only one of its kind.
At hat time I played some chords on it, very out of tune!
I'm trying here to make the Organteq 2 sound as out of tune as the organ back in 1971 Interesting how many different sounds Orgamteq 2 can do! Even an out-of-tune organ!
The piece: Weeping Willow (Joplin rag time)
