Topic: Three Pianos - U4, Bluthner, Erard

Wrote a simple improvisation and tried it with three Pianoteq piano sounds (plus some strings and Valhalla Supermassive reverb).

The opening patch U4 Midnight remains one of my favourites - have used it on several songs. It was also the first time I tried the Erard and I think it worked well for this.

Very nice impro! I like all those instruments but in this combination my favourite is Erard. I think this piano works very well for this impro.  It sounds beautiful. Have used it in different pieces, in Amazing Grace for example.

And very nice sounds you have here - I like the strings and cello!
Enjoyed this much.

Thank you so much, Mark

Best wishes,

Stig

Edit:

If interested I have an example Erard with different reverb from mac and a bit modified sound in my post "Pianoteq u4 - the good upright piano" a bit down this side, second example after video,   "Here U4 Concert"
