Topic: New Bach video Prelude n 1 in C Maj BWV 846, WTC I

Dear Friend,

That's new video of my Bach WTC I Project.
I hope you like it ! It is the Prelude n 1 in C maj BWV 846. It is a very, very famous piece, I use Busoni's revision, which is extremely interesting as regards the pedaling of this prelude. As usual Pianoteq is really fantastic with it.

Anyway, I hope you enjoy my video.

My actual setting is:

Played on Yamaha P125 piano stage                                          Video Recording Samsung galaxy A54.
VST: Hamburg Steinway D Pianoteq Stage 8.2

Some people say this is easy to play well, someone said easy to play badly and difficult to play well. You played it very well. Thank you Carmelo. Well done!

Beautiful because it is more than just music. The piece is not as easy as it looks, and your playing shows what good insight you have. Your playing made me feel both hope and lost…was thinking , my father died,  my son died at age 45  2018,    my mother died 2019 a.s.o…..Your music made me sad and happy at the same time, but it brings me now a smile to my face after a hard day 24/7 as a caregiver for my wife in wheelchair. Thank you Carmelo! I like your playing and always waiting for next. Keep going!

Best wishes,

Stig

Dear Stig,
Thank you very much for your compliments which I really hope I can deserve.
Your words moved and touched me, each of us has more or less harsh stories but life with you was particularly hard, but you face everything with hope and courage. I really admire this my friend! Your smile after 24 hours of hard work is the greatest reward I have ever received.
Thank you !
Carmelo
