Topic: Problems when login Pianoteq on iPad mini 2

I am running Pianoteq 8 compatible version on my old iPad min 2nd generation, when I try to enter the S/N or email with password to restore purchases or authenticate my licence, the app didn't response. Is it because my iPad is running IOS12.5.7?

I also cannot use Safari to login Modartt web page!

I don't have an answer for you.  But it sounds like you're aware that the official Pianoteq 8 specs say that for iPad:  "Requires iPadOS 13.0 or later".
