Topic: U4 not showing up
I ordered, paid for, and registered a new instrument, the U4, but it is not showing up as one of my instrument packs. It can only be played in demo mode. This is happening despite receiving a notification from Modart that the U4 is now usable. I tried sending an email to Pianoteq support, but kept getting directed to a FAQ page that doesn't address my problem. I find this irksome, as there should be way to contact the company with technical issues. In any event, can someone tell me what I need to do to get the instrument on board?
