Topic: Schubert Serenade
Schubert is good at writing melodies.
This is one of his best. A real classic.

Good sound again, k c Paul, but very different from earlier sounds.
As you know I compare with Bach No 3 and Nocturne No 19 and Love is a mystery. And I like those sound more - they are wondeful, very special. It is of course my personal taste, but I can listen to those again and enjoy
Anyway, keep going. Always waiting for more of your experiments.
Best wishes,
Stig

I use "p" (vel. mostly from 5-30) for this recording, that's why it sounds different.
Others use "mf", (vel. mostly from 30- 100) so the tone colors are different.
Anyway, all are experimental.
Looking for a way to make more beautiful music.
Best wishes

Hello.
I really like your version of this Lied that I have often visited as a singer.
Very beautiful sensitivity, elegiac tempo.
Do you know Liszt's transcription? He respects the original version a lot but adds his touch with subtle echoes.
Thank you for sharing!

I had performed in public Liszt's transcription before.
But I like the original version more.
