Topic: Spring Is Here (Pianoteq)

i had to post this tune now, although looking around where i live it seems like spring still has to make up its mind.  i had to use the reharmonization due to Bill Evans, there's really no other choice with this tune imo.  it's too cool to do anything else!

Another beautiful one.

Re: Spring Is Here (Pianoteq)

Bravo budo!

A lovely, delicate take on Rodgers & Hart's elegant, heartbreaking classic. I found out that "Spring is Here" is a 1938 popular song composed by Richard Rodgers, with lyrics by Lorenz Hart for the musical I Married an Angel (1938), where it was introduced by Dennis King and Vivienne Segal.

But, as always, nice improvising, keeping the feeling to the end. Some nice special parts from 5,00 - . Thank you budo.

You are definitely special, one of the great talents ….You deserve much more views and attention and admiration and respect. Well, that’s what I think about your playing, production, so far.

I look forward to more of your playing!

Best wishes,

Stig

thank you so much for your generous praise!  i really appreciate it.  but with this one i definitely cheated by playing Bill Evans's harmonization of this tune, which is outrageously original and good so i had a lot of help
