Topic: Activation issue since saturday and still no answer from the support.

Hello,

I changed my computer a few days ago and tried to activate each version of Pianoteq I need on a daily basis (5, 6, 7 and 8) but the activation system regarded my computer as two computers (one for Pianoteq 5, and an other one for 6, 7 and 8). I tried to get around the problem by desactivating and then reactivating the licenses (there's a little delay to do it) but in vain. As a result, since Saturday, I have not been able to run Pianoteq anymore on my main machine.

I tried to contact the support, but it's been 3 days and still have no reply.

I have been a customer since 2011 and always supported the brand but this time I have to say that I'm very disappointed to be left on the side without any answer.

When you do this for a living, no to be able to use one our of your main tools and to be stuck like this when you have deadlines is really stressful. And of course, I don't have any proof that you received the mail... So I'm just waiting a sign of life from you.

Is there someone at Modartt who could help me to resolve the situation?

Of course, I could buy an other licence, but I don't think it's fair to have to do it just because the first one does not work anymore.

Just in case you still use Pianoteq 5 as I do, don't make the same mistake I did and install and activate Pianoteq 5 FIRST before installing and activating Pianoteq 6, 7 and/or 8! :-)
