While sometimes--as was the case here, Modartt directly responds on the forums. You're usually best contacting their support directly here: https://www.modartt.com/support
They'll usually get back with 24-48 hours or less in most cases, and it will be directly from Modartt. While the employees do a lot to keep tabs on the forums and reply with good regularity, you'll get the best results through email and the support page.
Yes, we should be answering each other's topics more often :-)
The main improvement I'd like to see in these forums is to split it into more subforums. Separate places for talking about troubleshooting, software setup, hardware, presets, instrument packs, musical interpretation, sightings of Pianoteq in the wild, helping Pianoteq beginners get started, ... With subforums, I can browse the things I'm interested in and more easily skip the things I'm not, and it's also a lot easier to find old posts for reference.
