Topic: Steinway B instrument pack question

I sent a support request to exchange the YC5 for the Steinway Model B instrument pack and from looking at my account, the Steinway B is showing. When I open up Pianoteq, the YC5 is still appearing in my instruments. I'm a bit confused as to what I need to do next to get the Steinway loaded. Any suggestions?

Have you tried to update your license?

Also you may have hidden the licences you don't own.
After successfully refreshing your licence details I suggest hiding the piano model you are getting rid of.
