Topic: Eastern Exotic Preset

Hello!

The products description of the Karsten Collection shows the preset: "Schmidt Square Eastern Exotic" for the Philippus Schmidt Square Piano (1780). It sounds a bit like a sitar and I like this sound very much.

Now I own this collection, but the preset is not there: in the description I found it "customized".

Is it possible somehow to get such a preset?

greets George

"Schmidt Square Eastern Exotic" is the name of the composition done by Piet De Ridder, unfortunately we don't have the fxp that was used and you would need to ask him. It seems that he has used the blooming parameters (Design panel) + pitch bend, maybe you can have a try with those?

Re: Eastern Exotic Preset

Thank you very much! This is the way how to make it.

Maybe the reverb should be big, not too small, the velocity more hard, maybe very subtle effects - it is better for me to know how to make it by myself than to copy it only, without understanding.
