Topic: Bourrée. Dream away to Music/sound of the 16th/17th Century (Orgtq2)

Dream away for a while to the music/sound of the 16th/17th Century music and a bit kind of krumhornlike sound in lefthand accompaniment with Organteq 2.

I’m using a historic organ "Baroque Schnitger ll, 1699" ( physically modelled pipe organ by Modartt).   Tried to get a krumhorn-like sound in left hand accomp. Praetorius (1571-1621): Dances from Terpsichore: Bourrée. Terpsichore, Musarum Aoniarum, is a compendium of more than 300 instrumental dances published in 1612 .

Thanks to the historic organ, here I try to get  the sound of  the 16th/17th Century:

What a fun performance! Love the sound here! I'm imagining a wandering performance troupe as they go from village to village, dancing and playing their flutes & other instruments for the crowd.

Cheers,

Thank you Kerri. Very nice comment. I can really agree with that   "I'm imagining a wandering performance troupe as they go from village to village, dancing and playing"

Dear Stig,

I can confirm Kerri's opinion on this piece.
It's really beautiful and takes us back to medieval atmospheres of village festivals.
I really liked it Bravo!!!!!

I'm so glad that I could create the right atmospheres. Organteq 2 rules!   Thank you carmelo for your kind comment. Inspires me to go on. Coming up another old Wedding march , traditional, Sweden

Best wishes,

Stig
