Topic: Issue activating my new P9 Standard purchase.

I just purchased the P9 Standard version, registered the S/N and am attempting to activate my IOS app through ‘Options\Restore Purchase’
The S/N is there but it’s telling me that I MUST select ALL THREE instrument pack before it will finish activation. Is this correct? That’s not what I had read here previously in the forum. 

I’m still stuck in Stage Demo mode and it won’t let me finish Standard activation.

I have already emailed Modartt about it but not expecting an answer today.  I assume they will shortly be gone for the weekend. I’m in the US and I assume they are nearing end of day.

Any help would be apppreciated, Thanks, Jeff

Activate the one you need on their website. Not on iOS.

I did that when upgrading from stage to standard and I still haven’t activated the third slot.

The other thing I did was - initially I’d activated a model. You get a couple of weeks to change your mind. I deactivated it after using it for a day or two, then didn’t reactivate any model.

So I stayed at 2 active slots, one inactive.

Just tried on the website, its tell me the same thing….. You MUST select 3 instruments from the list

Just tried on the website, its tell me the same thing….. You MUST select 3 instruments from the list

Activate all 3 (the ones you likely need), then activate on your iOS device. Then deactivate the ones you’re unsure about (once the iOS app is activated). That’s what I did. I still have 1 slot inactive.

You get a couple of weeks to change your selections.

I never activated my third slot.

Still unsure. I keep oscillating between Kawai and 280VC.

You can keep using the demo mode until you’re sure anyway; you already bought it at the good price.

Make sure you do the deactivation on the website.

Just read your second reply. I might have to try that and hope it works. I always knew that I wanted Electric Pianos, but it took me 2 months to decide on the acoustic piano I wanted. Now I may have to  quickly chose another before I can activate the Studio version.
