It&#039;s a bug.&nbsp; </p><p>If you are logged out without your password you won&#039;t have to do that as you&#039;re already logged out. When you get your password sorted you&#039;ll be able to log back in and download it. </p><p>Maybe you have saved your password on another browser?</p><br /><p>You can see the download file. You can see that 8 is registered to your account, but when you click on the download file it won&#039;t let you do so. The remedy it turns out is to logout and log back in.</p>]]></content>
