Plaint, by Harvey Grace, is highly expressive, and very sad and I tried to get registrations that make it even more sad. And making left hand stops sounding sad, complaining, too. An excellent piece for showing solo timbres!
It is written in a very chromatic A minor, and remains in the minor at the conclusion. He also wrote the beautiful striking ”Cradle song”, which is as a demo piece for Organteq (Home, Listen, Organteq demos).
