Had a brief look through some topics, and found they were demonstrating with video, clearly and without limiting understanding of topics to their own software, from what I saw so far.

Mostly I like working with plugins emulating 'old timey' controls (because it was how it was, back when).. but I must say these iZotope 'modern' interfaces (I don't dislike 'em) are very well purposed for presenting these ideas to new audio recordists.
