If you go to 'options/instruments', you could see it in the list, and for some reason if it's 'hidden', you can toggle it to visible there.

On the welcome screen when first loading up Pianoteq, there's a link to that same area for convenience.

I do own pianoteq and I've added those instruments before but I just got a new PC and now it's not working. I downloaded the add on file got the message saying it was added but I don't see it. The other free one (carillon and bells) works fine, idk why this one doesn't
