I used it concurrently on a MacBook and my Lenovo when transitioning to Mac. The support team at modartt are entirely reasonable in my experience.

You can manage your activations in the web portal and deactivate a device you no longer use.

Yes, I believe that you get either three or five installs per license. And, if you need to remove one (upgrading a computer, etc.), just contact Modartt and they will credit you as you remove one.
