Bravo budo, and it turned out as you said - ”completely different so it doesn&#039;t exactly sound like broadway”.&nbsp; </p><p>I have to express my excitement, enthusiasm as a pianoteqenthusiast and say:&nbsp; Oh man, this was again great playing&nbsp; <i class="far fa-smile smiley"></i><br />I&#039;m grateful for your uploads, and as we know, showing gratitude is one of the simplest, yet most powerful things we can do for one another. <br />Thank you budo, keep them coming.</p><p>Best wishes,</p><p>Stig</p></blockquote></div><p>thank you so much for your comments.&nbsp; the parts 2) and 4) that you mention are indeed doing a cycle of fifths (or fourths),&nbsp; just like your etude <i class="far fa-smile smiley"></i>&nbsp; the original doesn&#039;t do that but does do the descending stepwise motion you get after doing 2 fourths (i just stuck another in between).&nbsp; actually this part in the original stands out a lot and feels very different from the rest of it.&nbsp; i think they stuck it in to make the final modulation make more sense (the original tune starts out in B and then modulates to Bb.&nbsp; that&#039;s very unusual in musicals, almost no songs modulate down at the end.)&nbsp; i really appreciate your detailed listening and your supportive comments.</p>]]></content>
