Hi everyone. I bought the pianoteq stage, and I have some difficulties in downloading it.

It says this:

.Latest version for Pianoteq 7 Stage is 7.5.4. A list of recent changes is available here.

I own an iMac, and it says this:

Windows, v7.5.4, 64-bit
macOS, v7.5.4, Intel/Apple M1 universal binary
Linux, v7.5.4, 64-bit Intel, 32&64-bit ARM

Which one do I choose? I am guessing to go with the macOS, but am unsure.

Not a Mac user myself but  you will indeed want the MacOS version.

Just found this:
"A universal binary looks no different than a regular app, but its executable file contains two versions of your compiled code. One version runs natively on Apple silicon, and the other runs natively on Intel-based Mac computers. At runtime, the system automatically chooses which version to run on the current platform."
