Loading Pianoteq in Logic 8

This is for people who are new to Pianoteq and new to Logic, and just can't figure out how to get the two working together (I use Logic 8 Pro):

1. Open a project in Logic.

2. Click the "Track" menu, select "New..." and then select "Software Instrument."

3. Open the "Inspector" if it's not open already, and click the blank field right under "I/O."

4. At the bottom of the list, select "AU Instruments," then "Modartt," then "Pianoteq 3" (or whatever version you have). Select your desired number of outputs (I chose Stereo).

5. Pianoteq will open as a software instrument in Logic!

Note: You can also run record Pianoteq onto a MIDI track by selecting IAC Bus 1 as your MIDI instrument.
