Thanks budo and dazric. Yes, have to use kalimba in some piece, and yes, the drums is too loud. I have to rest my ears after recording and next day when listening change things. It sounds sometimes wrong when playing too long without a break.

It's great that you're always trying something a bit different! I very much enjoyed this, although I would have preferred to have the drums a bit more in the background.

As I have learned, with african music is usually meant music south of the Sahara. Music north of the Sahara is influenced by islamic culture and it is close to the arabic music.

The lyrics in the song is about Send me a letter mama….The children's school is sometimes far away from home.
This song is from the Maasai tribe of Kenya.
