			<content type="html"><![CDATA[<p>I have a Kawai ES 520 and running Standard on a macbook pro. I&#039;ve tried calibrating a number of times and every time when I&#039;m done there is no sustain pedal.&nbsp; I had the same problem with Stage. Any thoughts?</p>]]></content>
