I am not sure whether the transcription by Jacques Erdos (that I use as a starting point) would be suited for a version on organ. But I look forward to hear you interpretation!

And thanks for uploading this piece and reminding me of it. I'll be looking for a suitable organ transcription and try to vary the registration here and there. As you probably know, it is originally written for mixed chorus and two flutes to play at a funeral, it was composed as early as 1707, when Bach was only 22 years old. And was probably written for the funeral of a relative of Bach.
I think Organteq could make it sound very beautiful, as a "funeral piece"
