I could follow the notes, the melody, pretty well where you improvised. You did not go too far from the theme therefore it is interesting to listen. But,this is improvising around the melody in your way, which is always nice, maybe someone can't find the melody here, but as we have said many times, we all hear different.

This is an amazing song, absolutely timeless. And you play this with such passion, and yet so touchingly. Because I love this piece, your playing affects me, I get emotional about it. To me, not heretical at all. I have listened to so many versions of this.
