Inside the frozen-menu you see your parameters turned yellow - and the once you choosen stay expanded. and you can store them e.g. volume and condition under favorites.. but I don't know if it could be made visible outside of this menu -- try to remember what you put in the freezer ;-)

maybe that option exists and i dont know about it?
