			<content type="html"><![CDATA[<p>My Roland does, and the only effect I&#039;ve noticed from it is the hammer or damper thump sound (probably both?) when the key is released fast, just as it would sound in a physical piano.</p>]]></content>

			<content type="html"><![CDATA[<p>My synth-weighted Korg X5D sends active release velocity. It&#039;s not written in the spec. I was surprised by this discovery!</p><p>BTW; Novation X-Station (possibly Xiostation too) also send release velocity, although not written in spec!</p>]]></content>

			<content type="html"><![CDATA[<p>According to sections 1.3 and 10.4 of the manual, yes, it does support release velocity, but not sure whether it changes the intensity, or just the duration. I&#039;m *guessing* it will only affect the duration.</p><p>Greg.</p>]]></content>

			<content type="html"><![CDATA[<p>No matter how fast or slowly I release a key, Pianoteq&#039;s key release noise is the same. That&#039;s obviously not realistic. Are there any MIDI keyboards that send MIDI velocity of key release? And does Pianoteq recognize this data? Does such MIDI data even exist? Seems like it&#039;d be a useful feature, particularly on stringed and wind instruments, and even drums (for choking cymbals to varying degrees).</p>]]></content>
