thank you for listening and for your comments. yes a lot of people do Bewitched rather slowly, but definitely there are some performances that have more movement. one really great one is Oscar Peterson from Songbooks Etc

https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=mYEZlCAMWko

actually Songbooks Etc is a really fantastic resource for beautiful versions of many standards.

regarding Pannonica, i think his ballads are much more accessible than some of his other tunes. Ruby My Dear is another great example. one thing about his tunes is that the chord progressions are very unusual and can feel uncomfortable at first, but after a while they start to feel very natural. it would be great to tackle Pannonica

Pannonica

Someone asked why Thelonious Monk's music is so hard to play - well, listening to this your playing here, it don’t sound hard. On the contrary, I like the flow in this piece and playing. There are several nice ”parts”, I specially like much the ”walking” in right hand from 1,18 - to 1,30. Great!

Be witched

I have listened to so many versions of this and almost everyone play it so slooow. Nice to hear your, a bit faster tempo, for a change. Like it.
You know I like your endings, so i don’t say anything about it now, but, but, very nice here the gradually going slower to the end
And - very nice those chords from 1,08 - 1,19 before coming back to melody again.

Thank you again budo. What a technique and touch. Great performance as always. You always play with your own nice style. Thank You for Being You, for being uniquely yourself. You deserve much more views.

Best,

Stig

P.S. I put some tips for you in Grieg Ases death regarding your "i should really learn more about his music"
