This topic is included in the FAQ but I do not find the answer clear.  I am installing windows 7 to replace vista, I shall not be returning to Vista and I am uncertain if I should de-activate before doing so or whether that would also affect W7 once installed.  What aspect of my hardware/software is pianoteq keeping track of?
