			<content type="html"><![CDATA[<p>1st Prize – Mr Bruce (Xiaoyu) Liu, Canada ------------------------ Fazioli<br />2nd Prize ex aequo – Mr Alexander Gadjiev, Italy/Slovenia --- Shigeru Kawai<br />2nd Prize ex aequo – Mr Kyohei Sorita, Japan ------------------- Steinway<br />3rd Prize – Mr Martin Garcia Garcia, Spain ------------------------ Fazioli<br />4th Prize ex aequo – Ms Aimi Kobayashi, Japan ----------------- Steinway<br />4th Prize ex aequo – Mr Jakub Kuszlik, Poland ------------------&nbsp; Steinway<br />5th Prize – Ms Leonora Armellini, Italy ------------------------------ Fazioli<br />6th Prize – Mr J J Jun Li Bui, Canada ------------------------------- Shigeru Kawai</p><p>Participants could choose from 5 pianos made by 4 companies: Steinway (2), Yamaha, Kawai and Fazioli. There were 87 participants, 64 opted for a Steinway, 9 pianists selected the Yamaha, 8 picked the Fazioli and 6 the Kawai. <br />By the way, 2015 edition had 3 Yamahas and 3 Steinways chosen by winners, and at 2010 competition there were 3 Steinways, 2 Yamahas and 1 Fazioli among awarded contenders.</p>]]></content>
