I suggest you to download demo and try the instruments yourself.
I would pick Steinway D and another grand, this is my first chose. In second place, I like the the Bluethner and the Bechstein, but it is very personal.
Take into account that Steinway D and Petrof includes two instruments each, so ,in some sense, by buying those two pianos you get four.

You also get to download these extras for free:
https://www.modartt.com/kivir

Try them all. Decide for yourself. I do suggest the D collection is a no brainer though, for John Williams Star Wars or Beethoven's fur Elise.

Hi,

I am considering buying the Pianoteq Stage (don't want to spend too much to start with) and I really struggle which instrument pack to choose.

I play for a year now and direction I am heading is split between trying to learn cliche classical pieces (Fur Elise ;-) and some cinematic music (think Mass Effect Medley by Atinpiano on Youtube and things like music from Interestellar, Game of Throne, Star Wars, The Witcher...)

Which two instruments pack would you recommend? I am trying now demo and I am simply overwhelmed by number of different options...

Thanks!
Dr. Chaos
