My default is generally 55, sometimes 50, for playing, to get a sense of the dynamics of a grand. (I shall always remember my first experience of a Steinway D, as a student preparing for a university recital. I played a single note as softly as possible with a friend at the back of the hall. He heard it perfectly well. It taught me what a huge dynamic range a concert grand has) For rendering a recording I add appropriate room ambiance and reduce the dynamics to avoid too high a contrast when listening.

j'ai pour ma part toujours utilisé le réglage d'origine à 40Db sans le modifier, je me demandais si quelqu'un utilisait un réglage différent et quel intérêt il y avait trouvé,

I for my part always used the original setting at 40Db without changing it, I was wondering if someone was using a different setting and what interest there was,

38 à 39 dB me donne une sensation plutôt proche d'un piano selon mon expérience.

FOr most pianos I leave it on 40. But, as you change it, you may find yourself then going back and altering you keyboard volume cure as well, to get the softness or hardness that you desire.

un petit sondage: à quel niveau, en dB mettez vous le curseur Dynamics, il est sur 40 dB sur le réglage de base, ce qui me semble limiter les possibilités de nuances
