I've moved the PTQ files in the appropriate folder.

I recently purchased Pianoteq. I am unsuccessefully trying to drag and drop the free PTQ files on the Pianoteq interface.
I'm using the LV2 (not the VST) plugin.
Can someone offer any help, like an alternative to install the PTQ file? Thank you.
