			<content type="html"><![CDATA[<p>the original instrument was tuned at this diapason. I believe it is quite current to use this diapason for baroque music, although many different diapasons were used at that time, each city had its own one, maybe depending on the choice made by the organ manufacturer... there is a joke that says that poor cities had high pitch (because of the cheaper organ pipes). Anyway you can imagine how difficult it might have been for travelling musicians!</p><p>Note that you can change the diapason if you want: just open the tuning section and open the diapason menu. You can also change temparement.</p>]]></content>
