My antivirus (Avast!) told me so many times stuff (adware mostly) that was harmful. And then wanted me to upgrade to shift it.
I shifted Avast! instead, relying on Microsoft Defender and Firewall. They are allegedly better than they used to be.
Even years ago, if I encountered a proper threat, Defender was first in there. . .

Hi,
I've tried to download some FXPs, but each time Avast Premium Security prvents me. It aborts the connection and says that the forum is infected with URL:Botnet whatever that is.
Is anyone else having this problem?
