Hi Iqnty,

Keep checking your messages - they won't let you down.

If you bought it, and some OS reinstall messed up your Pianoteq install somehow, they'll work with you for sure to make it right.

I'd imagine that Easter Sunday evening is just one of the worst times of year for support anywhere - keep on it

I don’t have an account and to register they ask for my serial number, which isn’t recognised.

You don't have to enter any serial number, just log-in with your e-mail and password, go to registered products and download the last version.

Hi, I had some issues after reinstalling my macOS and Pianoteq had been removed. I had Pianoteq 5 Stage, and have tried entering my serial number into the user area but its saying the number is invalid. I contacted support but they never got back to me. What can I do?
