I don't use the Yamaha presets at all.

I tried the C1 medium, mellow and bright on both versions and the 2.0 ver has wider stereo ,sounds fatter and sounds .... as if the mics are closer (if there were mics).
I've made sure all the settings are equal and re: stereo image I even played with the stereo wudth control on ver. 2.1.
I'm a professional piano player 33 years and I definatley think ver 2.0 sounds better.
Don't get me wrong I love this product and I think it plays and sounds better than the other ones out there which I have encountered in session work.

I was wondering if anyone else thought that the 2.0 verson (C1 ) sounds so much better than the 2.1 version.
Wider and more in your face.
