That is already built into via iCloud, e.g. Dorico files are shared by the iOS devices and your desktop, including Windows PCs, and backed up to the cloud.

I've been running Pianoteq natively on Linux for many years now. I have moved my sheet music to an Android Tablet. I tried an iPad previously for a few days before I bought a Samsung S5e. The iPad had a lot of negatives. It's entirely incompatible with Linux when it comes to file transfer, and in fact the iPad at that time did not even have a file manager. That issue may have been corrected. I would buy an iPad Pro with the M1 chip if Pianoteq ran natively on it. I would like to be able to run Pianoteq on the same device that displays my sheet music. If an Android tablet could do it, that would be great. From what I hear the M1 runs circles around everything else. Is it possible to run Pianoteq on an Android tablet? If not, I guess we are stuck with Apple. That said, this guy just bought a bunch of new Apple products and loves them:

Have you seen my other post? It could actually be possible *NOW* to run PTQ on Android. You have to root your device (yes, Google too has learned from Steve, even though they are less aggressive in that regard), and obviously depending on the hw capability of your phone/tablet it may be a good or bad experience. Note that these apps run Linux *natively* on the device, not in an emulation mode, and as such there should be no overhead. Since PTQ runs well on a Raspberry PI, I expect to run at least decently on most phones/tablets.

Audio on Android is just not at the same level as ios unfortunately. The audio pipeline is not optimized for low latency stable audio on most devices. The many versions of Android on hundreds of different devices doesn't help either.
Also audio tooling on ios is light years ahead of Android. In terms of plug-ins, DAWs, standards such as AUv3 etc etc

I suspect that Modartt has a working iOS version. The challenge isn't technical. I think it is the financials. Between iPad apps generally being cheaper then Desktop Apps and also the 30% Apple tax maybe it is difficult to come up with a working business case?

Imagine a big and well known dare I say Influencer would ask their guests to ask Modartt to create an iPad version for it as they are a potential customer.
What do you think of this plan? It would be advertise for Modartt, and at the same time it would increase demand on what we want.
