The midi recordings from Pianoteq contain the untranslated midi values. Recording translated values would cause additionnal difficulties (we would need to distinguish whether a midi input contains translated or untranslated values)

When recording a MIDI file in Pianoteq using an external MIDI keyboard, are the MIDI values that are recorded into the file those transmitted by the keyboard, or the values as translated and output by the current velocity curves in Pianoteq?

It seems to me that for some purposes, a user might prefer that the MIDI values (such as note-on velocity) produced by the velocity curves be recorded into the MIDI file, rather than those transmitted by the keyboard. It might be nice to be able to select one or the other in Pianoteq, desired.

It certainly seems like its the translated values. Also, I would suspect the keyboard values are recorded when using a default flat curve.
