As Stephen says, midi mapping is a way forward. If you plan on using the Ruckers as pure harpsichord, the sustain and sostenuto pedals can provide instant register changes: I use sustain for the 2X8s and the sostenuto for the upper 8, the una corda already being allocated for the buff stop. So this covers some basic registers. In addition for all registers I allocate the lowest note on the keyboard for the lower 8 (easy to remember!) and then low/high notes for selecting lower 8 +4, both 8s + 4 etc etc. Assuming you have 3 pedals, you could have a variety of presets with different combinations of registers for particular pieces. In the French baroque rondeaux it is certainly useful to be able to switch quickly when moving to and from the couplets as they tend to run on without a gap.
