the member of the support team proposed to also activate the Au-plugin and see what happens. He promised to manually correct if a second slot will be booked. So I activated a second time with the same hardware label as before (-> without the dot). In my account there are still two slots free.

So everything is fine for me now. I'm very pleased about the quick and very practice-oriented answer of the modert-support.

Hi Werner,

would be safest to contact support to be certain.

The deleted dot might certainly be the cause of the popup .. but I don't know for sure if another activation with the dot included will take up a slot. Modartt support will look after you well.

Let us know your progress, with best wishes.

Hello everybody,
I am new here and purchased my Pianoteq license yesterday. Installed the software and activated it in the Standalone module. The software suggested "WernersiMac2011." as hardwarename. I deleted the last character (full stop). Then I could play.
Today I wanted to open the AU-Plugin inside Garageband (on the same iMac of course) . Again the window "activation needed" appeared and again he suggests the former hardware name with the full stop at the end. Can I activate again without loosing the second of the three possibilities for activation ? Anybody else already had this problem ?

Thanks in advance Werner
